About Robert-David

For years, I wore the mask. I built my life around what I thought other people expected—playing the role, chasing success, performing the part. I doubted my own instincts, second-guessed my direction, and gave my power away without even realizing it.

In 2018, I hit a wall. I’d organized a 500-person social media conference called SMAD-CON. It looked like a huge success on the outside. But behind the scenes? I was lying. Overextending. Burning out—physically, emotionally, financially. I didn’t feel like I could tell anyone the truth, so I kept pushing. That pressure nearly broke me.

What followed wasn’t a quick fix or a five-step plan. It was a rebuild—from the ground up.

I started listening to my body. Learning what it meant to sit with fear, sadness, guilt, and anger—without letting it run the show. I made small, powerful decisions over and over again to move through emotion instead of around it. I rebuilt trust in myself. And with it came a new kind of confidence—not loud or performative, but steady. Soul-deep.

I’ve tried a lot of things: DJing, app ideas, event production, meditation, running classes, public speaking, even interviewing other entrepreneurs when I didn’t have the courage to share what I was really going through. What I’ve learned is that success isn’t about doing more. It’s about learning how to hold more—without losing yourself in the process.

I didn’t plan to become a strategist. I just got tired of pretending I was okay.

Now, I help high-performing entrepreneurs do exactly that.

I work with founders, leaders, and creators who are carrying a lot—but feel like they’re one bad week away from breaking. The outside still looks impressive, but inside? They’re running on fumes. I help them make identity-level shifts, reconnect to their body, and build real systems that let them keep going—without collapsing or selling their health to get there.

This isn’t about hacks, hype, or some version of “hustle lite.”

This is about learning how to operate differently so your best work actually gets built—and you don’t burn out before it does.

What I’m About

  • Staying in the game longer, not sprinting to burnout

  • Building grounded momentum—not motivation highs

  • Helping people rebuild trust in their body, their habits, and their voice

  • Making hard decisions that change who you’re becoming—not just what you do

Over the last decade, I’ve led workshops, spoken on stages, and worked with leaders. Now, I host the Make Burnout Extinct podcast, provide 1-on-1 strategy support, and speak regularly on how to build something powerful, without losing yourself in the process.

If you’re tired of keeping it together while feeling like you’re falling apart underneath, I built this for you.
